ISP block iptv dns
Most apps have the option to add ovpn files on the app panel so a user can simply select the vpn option in the app. You can use an unlimited vpn package to use. you could stop supplying dns to customers as that will help but ultimately it’s ISP throttling that they implement more often now as... -

VPN or 4g Proxy?
I use multiple accounts in the FB app for work and just use 4G no vpn when switching accounts in the app and never have an issue
