ok fixed time zone error, but sites like ipstack.com still showing vpn location not LS proxy loccation

everything is amazing so far, but having one issue. the proxy im using is set to the correct timezone, my vpn in set to the correct time zone, my vm is set to the correct time zone. still keep getting 90% on whoer due to time zone not matching ip? why?
