Just to give an update. The service does work like a charm now.

I don´t want to rant but so far the hosting service is useless. I am in my cPanel and try to set up things. Either the page does not load at all or I get error messages. Thants really frustrating.

I just regiested today and wanted to set up a database etc. but the webiste is not loading. I constantly get the message "Website is not available" What is happening?
