I use FoxyProxy for Firefox with Tor. I then tunnel this through Proxyway Extra. I set up numerous services & this gives me a new ip every 5 minutes (or however long youwant). I can set website filter patterns to tell foxyproxy when to use a proxy & when to not use one. Check out this thread...
