The tools are great, but the complan is OK. 4.98 per person is just for the first month. Then you will be paid .49 per person the month after. It sucks I know. Remember... 80% first month, then 20% after.

Well, you are not suppose to. But Everyone has tried it and it works. You can get a different bank account and open a new account with a different email, IP and clear your cookies on your computer. As long as you do not owe them money and you lay low, meaning... do not do big transactions.

Paypal is used a lot in the US, but once you make money, they will limit you account and ask for a lot of documents, and if you are a US citizen, they will want your SSN. I was doing great with Ebay until they limited my account because they need more info from me. But here is the bad news...
