@kazazak - Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I always assumed you don't use the word 'realtor' for the same reason you do't use brand names. 'Realtor' is a registered trademark of the National Association of Realtors. Unless you're a member you might get hassled by them for using it.

If you can afford the office I would recommend it if you have a family/kids at home. Sometimes you could have a great work ethic, but just keep getting distracted by others in the house. To them it's just a five minute chat, not realizing that to you it's a loss of flow that takes you 45 minutes...
