Not referring to these short links, but rather Google redirects from all the various google domains like google.com, google.ca, (every country) including google image domains too.

Ok but can you think of any legitimate reason why these backlinks would show in a websites profile (like a bunch of them)? Like Maybe there was a website with high DA and the domain expired and someone else bought it, would they have to do a redirect through Google for anything that would cause...

Every website has these. Google understands this and totally disregards them. You don't have to worry. In fact, if your website didn't have these, it may negatively impact your website in my opinion

These backlinks are considered spam and many websites get backlinks from these websites. The backlinks I'm sure are completely ignored by Google and should not affect your website in any way.

I am also noticing the sample urls have the year 2016 in some of them, so yeah I am thinking this is very outdated and probably carries no weight with regards to ranking and SEO.
