Just read the first post, and this is awesome. For some reason, this is exacly what I needed to hear to get myself going. I have my hands in too many things, and I just need to focus on one. Truly appreciate your time on this.

I think you can get cheapie hosted VPS for dirt cheap. I've seen ads for $10-20/mo, but I dont know what the bandwidth cap is.

In theory anything newer ish will get the job done. With a background in tech, I'm a believer in buying better now, instead of having to rebut again since buying older/cheap tech gets out dated faster. What's your budget? Personally, I would go for an i5, 8gb ram and SSD for any workstation...

The best advice is just to just do it! you WILL fail a bunch of time, but that does not mean you cannot achieve success. Remember you only need to be right once, the number of times you learned what not to do doesn't matter. Plus you're young. Do it now before you have more responsibilities.
