I've used Tweetattacks for some time and have researched Tweet Adder....I wish I could find a cracked version of Tweet Adder because it appears to be much better.

I have tried both Twitterfeed and dlvr.it and I really like dlvr.it much better....the interface is much more intuitive and usable. I also think it has slightly better tools for filtering/modifying your RSS feed.
