I completely ignore DR/DA, they're effortless to fake. I only check if the site has real, steady organic traffic in Ahrefs, fits my niche naturally, and doesn't link out to casino or spam sites. If Google is actively indexing their recent posts, it's a green light.

Traffic without conversions is just a vanity metric. Pouring more visitors into a leaking funnel is a waste of time and budget. Fix the landing page and CRO first.
