The only thing you can and need to do, is picking a strong password and keep it safe. And obviously, be aware to phishing when you login to instagram viewers/other services that asks for login with your instagram account.

You can use your bluestacks, just clear the apps data/cache and change the device id when you replace between accounts. This works for me.
