The directory of assigned IP Subnets by RIPE etc. is public information Yes, they know. You should get a proxy for every account. You can try to push it with 2 or 3 accounts on one IP though, but wouldn't recommend it

Get some proxies from any seller on the marketplace and you should be good to go You don't need a VPS, it's just a recommendation (24/7 uptime, available from everywhere etc.)

It's only a matter of time until IG will act on this again
