what is the best way to effect the google image search rank? bot isn't the best way? of course using proxy's and dif ip addresses.

I have bad picture that I want to push down, and good pictured that I want to push up. I've heard about some tools using proxy, i know it takes long for results, looking for any advice I can get really appreciated.
