You generally have to get a lot of likes on that photo and have a lot of followers yourself. That post should also be deemed as a quality post by Instagram. Try looking for shoutouts for power likes.

What I normally do is to swap my actions once in a few days. I maybe following this account's followers for a day but doing other things another day. But it's true that it will never look "human like"

How long were the accounts created? You normally have to "warmup" accounts starting by maybe handling them on your own (manually) up until 100+ likes/follows for a few weeks.
