Would a private blog network be effective for SEO?
It will give you a good start, but a certain number of them may not be all you need. Diversify your backlinks and sources. You may also want to focus upon better quality PBNs.- banguras

Keep your keywords contextually clean. Keyword density does not really matter, if you are targeting a specific keyword, use several of its variations but do not go after percentages for each.- banguras
