it took me a couple tries, but you need to set it up "username|password" and then the proxies are standart "proxy:port" let me know if thats the problem you had? it works perfectly for me. i love it!

Cj (click jacking) is when you have a script set up on your website that lets you make a certain amount of your visitors click on an ad without knowing that they're doing it. So you can get clicks on your ppc ads much easier. Pm me if u want to talk more about it

You aren't aloud to give incentive for people to click your ads on Adsense.

anything can make you money. just get traffic to the site and convert with either cpa or ppc... It sounds like it will work as long as you don't get in trouble for copyright.
