Its not super easy. It requires a court order. Like I said in first post, my content isn't of the magnitude where I'll be getting court orders. And you said, its impossible to find DMCA ignore in EU. EU is home for these things. Look at cyberbunker or novogara or Alexhost. The list is huge but...

There are a lot of hosts in EU. Novogara is one of them like I mentioned. I know a lot of hosts in EU that just ignore DMCA and any other copyright notices. I am just asking people for their experience cause I can't try all of them one by one.
