Google is reviewing accounts from worldwide residential Ip addresses, I am not sure if any of the cloakers filter this out.

Bing is getting really tough these days for anything grey/black. Most important thing is to get an aged account that is warmed or atleast warm a new account with some wh ads. I never met a knowledgeable AM and good one should be keeping his f_ing mouth shut about where affiliates are sending from.

setup 2 of my accounts now on a residential RDP with adwords VCCs. One was from 2007 and the other 2011. Added a bit of money to each of them today. Will create some campaigns shortly and revert back.
