Hi, i usually monitor the trend of my keywords by using some tools like rank tracker. I never used proxies for that. Is that dangerous? Would you suggest to use proxies? .. keywords are less than 100. Thanks

The fastest way in absolute is to fetch as Google via search console and submit your link to Google

i use ow.ly.. easy and no registration required.

Be sure to differentiate each title tag.. check the bounce rate inside google analytics, if they have a very high bounce rate (near 100), you can consider to add a noindex tag or remove them at all
