I heard that secondeye is good for doing stuff like these. The fake paypal requires only bank account verification at the moment. Won't they know it's fake when they see that i logged on the by fake one and real one from the same address? I mean if secondeye sends the info needed with vcc etc...

So I registered a Paypal account using a fake name for privacy purposes like 11 months ago. I didn't know that it was illegal at the time. Now I got a notice that i need to verify my account to comply to European Union Anti-Money Laundering law or something but I don't want too since PayPal...
