hmm I want to add on this subject a lil more.. if you have russian backlinks for your AU website there are 2 possible outcomes: 1- Your Anchor text (KW) is popular in russia.. let say you are ranking the word (IT service) then you will get every drop of juice you seek from these russian links in...

are there reasonable amount of search queries for the KW you are trying to rank on google US? because if you rank well in US dosn't mean you rank well in AU if there are less amount of search queries on US domain for your KWs.. crawlers won't give it priority.

actually its okay.. I do this the way around as I translate English articles to other langs and double check them for grammar and such.. then I make sure they look neat as well.. submit! :) ... I read somewhere that google don't mind translating articles as long as they are human proof read..
