I have never had an issue just leaving my laptop plugged in for 24 hours a day. With that said, just buy an outlet timer. Have it switch off and on throughout the day. For example, have the outlet shut off for 3-4 hours, and then on for an hour. Timers are pretty cheap.. around $10.

10-20 seconds I started with a higher delay and slowly worked my way down to a lower delay.. so far I have been running FL for two months straight with no issues. The only time I caught a captcha was when I lowered it to 5-15 seconds.

It is not so much about how many you follow/unfollow per day, it is about the delay in between. I routinely follow ~2000 and unfollow ~2000 every day. The only time I get a captcha is when I lower the time delay.. currently I set everything (follow, unfollow, likes) to 1 min to 3 max, 10sec to...

This is not the case, I bought followers from GST and I am now close to 9000 followers, but stuck at 7500 following. I am writing a macro to unfollow everyone now, so I can continue to follow more people.
