The trial and paid accounts work exactly the same. I logged into a paid account and was able to view the link after entering the captcha. You can submit a support request from your control panel and we will check into it for you.

What's the point of a free Carbonite or NetFlix trial? You get to try the product before paying. It's a non-issue though since we are discontinuing the trial next week once the programming is in place.

That message appears when the existing link has been taken by another advertiser or that specific keyword was not exactly what the system though it was when it did the initial query. The system is designed to work this way and no credits are taken when this message appears.
