I would start with normal C# first, get the basics in. Microsoft has crazy good documentation and support for someone new: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/csharp/
Take a look at the official documentation it will most likely start with a very simple example. That's your start. Do you have a language in mind you want to learn I could give a more specific pointer.
The best method is honestly have a project in your mind and getting started. It will be slow but you will have to look up every step along the way. You will actually learn from the start how EVERYTHING works.
