I have new theme now! Is it good?

I know this site nulled d o t wf have a lot of premium themeforst themes and codecanyon plugins for free but I'm worried I have on-shore hosting.Is it easy to be get caught if you use nulled or we are rarely caught?

I have: -Removed an ad which I thought was slowing the site.Is it better now?Has site load time improved.I am with Fatcow hosting. -Removed "Uncategorized" from front tabs. -Added e-mail subscription form. I am so shocked why do most of you think ads are annoying because I have seen sites worse...
