He doesn't answer to PayPal refunds, in fact, he doesn't answer at all. I would like to have an admin to investigate this seller and close this topic. Seller is not active, doesn't deliver what he promised (non drop followers) and doesn't want to refund. I recommend everyone to open a PayPal...

Still no refund, it seems like he is trying to waste our time until the 180 days to open a PayPal dispute are over.

Been waiting too, still no option to add followers. I guess he is waiting for the 180 days to expire on all deposits made, that's the maximum time you have to open a dispute on PayPal. He offered me to refund 25% to PayPal, BUT he would exclude me from the panel, whereas he stated that there...

He told me he can refund 15% to PayPal only. Seller is changing % all the time and is really contradicting himself. I guess he's waiting until 180 days are finished since the last deposit someone has made. That's how long you can open a dispute with PayPal.

In the end all followers will drop, no matter where you order them. But I would rather order with other panels to be able to deliver for my clients right now instead of waiting another month. So a refund would be in place. We have been waiting too long.

I would prefer a refund to PayPal if the services won't work any soon. Other panels are working fine.
