I'm not the one who want to sell the website, I want to buy it, about the website running costs, that's what the person told me, cloudflare Business plan is 200$ per website, and the website work with a montly cpanel subscription and other tools..

So 25-30 times for 1100$ or the net profit (200-300$) ? because the website has a lot of bills every month (especially for cloudflare which is very expensive)

I want to copy a directory website, it contain a list with descriptions and download link, I want to copy pages titles, descriptions and download links. I want to do this in order to rewrite descriptions and get my own copy of the website with a different style and design. How can I do that ?
