I am currently using 2captcha, and it is getting pretty expensive with the bid rate. Heard good things about both Xevil and Capmonster, so any latest performance comparisons - I will be using it on a windows VPS - 4core, 16GB RAM.

In that sense, we are mistakenly believing new unique ips at each rotation, it is actually a new ip every rotation compared to the previous one, the ips get rotated - but that does not mean that they get rotated to a unique one on every rotation.
