Well, you add a frame which basically is some image (example an Avengers poster) covering half or three fourth of the entire screen. The video is played only on that remaining portion of the screen space (half or one fourth).
Well, I don't want to name the channel but a friend of mine monetised his channel towards the end of 2018. He got rights from local PR contacts and has 1.20 million subscribers as we speak, so I don't think it's impossible as long as you know how to beat the system.
So there is no way to enable monetisation with reused content I guess. Can this work - If I want to start a film trailers channel, can I use reused (film stuff) to gain like let's say 10k subs without monetising and then get licensed clips , trailers from local PR / marketing agency or something...
So youtube doesn't kick you out of YPP if you still uploaded reused content (without monetizing) ? It allows you to upload duplicate content as long as you don't monetize it alike how it allows you to do so before enabling monetisation ?
And what do you mean by outsourced content ?
You were trying to monetise the new uploads as well ? I suppose they were reused content as well.
How did you monetize your channel with 100% reused content in the first place ? It's been something impossible for me.
