with a decent configuration, it is mostly about the proxy. try to get http 4g proxy with natural IP change frequency (optimally, use a proxy app on the accounts' real phone device)

4G proxies (http) are the best for IG automation. price really depends on your region and negotiating with the vendor when purchasing in bulk. the cheapest option I know is to use the client's device as a proxy (if he accepts)

In general it would probably cause your account getting more blocks. try to use the same IP for both (like by proxy app on your phone)

You might want to use one phone as the proxy of the second one, then the traffic would seem to go from the same IP to IG and you'll get less blocks
