I dont know. The OGads has said three clicks for the last few days, but my Google Analytics says a lot more page visits. It may be possible that people are visiting the page and closing it without doing the offer. I've read a lot of good things about OGads so I don't think its a scam.

Mine was outsourcing graphic design work. That was like a month ago. Now I make around $5 a day doing various things, but I'm sure that will go up drastically now that I have discovered bhw :)
