How do we host our own ips ? secondaly how will be that to connect another switch to our landline and connect some devices to one and some devices to another one which in result will have different ips. If we keep on clearing cache and cookies every time and change the chrome brower or profile...

Will it be possible to get like 20 cell phones and connect them with wifi and use a vpn to complete watch time ? or any other trick some one has tried with it.
