Go for few high PR and RELEVANT backlinks. Scrapebox is much better for this, but GSA is great tool when used wisely.

[SUGGESTION] I would love if the CB allows user to select engines for manual submission. For example recaptcha - fails mostly with CB and external services. If the CB detects recaptcha - it will do nothing and just popup and enables you to solve the captcha, it yould be awesome.
