If it were me, I'd choose a main extension over my country's extension (us) if it were available. Unless you want your site to be associated with Norway, you could get the other ones and point it to no. In terms of visibility, I believe any extension could rank just the same as any other.

If you want to have this domain for a long time, then don't risk it. I was hit with a cease and desist letter once and I didn't even build the site out yet. So you might not even get far to begin with. On the other hand if it's just the abbreviation of the game's name, it might not be...

This early in this extensions life only names like desk.top, lap.top, mountain.top, counter.top, etc. could be flipped quickly. Just build out your names into full sites and they may have some value to someone down the road.
