yesh that is frustrating. it may happen sometimes that the restrictions placed by facebook are not expplained in a clear way. in such a case i would look at the account status page see if there was any activity in groups or if there were any notifications regarding the policy.

absolutely. it is quite easy to fall into such a trap where one writes posts not to write but rather to be able to stick to the set schedule. for me it would be better to have a realistic schedule nd keep a few posts in store to be postted.
