Does anyone use the simplepress plugin for Wordpres?? Do you have a copy of the TinyMCE editor plugin for SimplePress?

Hi BHW, I'm new to this BH SEO but am learning fast, have a new WP site that has been up for 2-3 months and was wondering if I can start using SB to get some B/L to it?? Can anyone offer some advice how to go about this? How many to do a day etc Any advice welcomed - thanks
