Considering its for a local business I would look for services that come through the GMB where the session is sourced without suspicion.
If you have a lot of local clients in an area and don't mind manipulating the data you can
use a homegrown phone farm to accomplish hyper localized clicks...

I would even go further and say certain local guide accounts contribute to this greatly.
Don't buy connections.
They're super easy to make just pick a first person in the niche and LinkedIn will start serving you more like them.
Use the mobile version of LinkedIn it worked a lot better for me.
LinkedIn is a lot like Twitter where being a reply guy is a good step forward in pulling
communities into the content you post.
Truth is, you need the content for when your networking brings them to you.
TikTok is the place for cheaper traffic.
I have a friend who is a streamer and they get millions of views on TikTok which converts to nothing money lol.
Its still a great place tho to pull in traffic to higher paying platforms.
