don't build them to fast: 100 links a day is way too much!! first of all, try to recover the old content on that domain (webarchive) and build excellent new content. try to analize the site-explorers backlink "mix" (how much home/deeplinks, which are f0ll0w or n0f0ll0w) build links...

use google webmaster tools, every page i create and submit gets indexed in 10minutes! there's an option to (manual) send the crawler to your page, works pretty well.

its true that categories (and archives) in wordpress create duplicate content. but there's a solution, called: "canonical" *hooray* if you dont have a clue how to add noindex/nofollow or edit your robots.txt that these "pages" wont get indexed use a wordpress-plugin. "all in one seo", is free...

a keyword domain deserves a bonus by google but it doesnt automaticially rank for #1. the position wouldn last forever if you redirect the page. if it's too suspicious (e.g. spam, bad neighborhood, content != earnmoneyathome), google realizes this very fast :)
