I recommend going with organic growth (build the Instagram account). Instagram knows if you're buying followers. They won't show your content to non-followers. That's for sure. And to go from 5k-20k, it depends. If you're posting consistently and make good use of the reels, it can go very fast...

It depends on where your followers are. If they are US based (you can see this in the insights), post at US time. It will help you. It is good to have non-followers views, but try to have more followers views. With this amount of followers, you should aiming 50%. Good luck
