i plan on faking referrers with email submits, but i dont want to get termed or sued or anything like that. im faking the referrer with referer.us, and i have cropped offers with a blackhat popup code. just wondering if ill get caught, how to not get caught, and how to do it so they wont catch...

is the popup supposed to close after the email is submitted? because it doesn't seem to close for me or anyone else i had test it
