I think, i knew how it works... we upload a pix or video with url we wanna advertise.. then tag maximum of 50 ppl. when we tag 50 ppl, the video/pix will be listed in their profile.. so all their friends will get notificed. if 50 ppl tagged has avg 100 frens each... it is 50 * 100 = 5K...
