Hi, how can I use the link I suspect Bumble has shadowbanned me because I deleted and recreated my profile too many times. Can you help?

I’m having the same issue. I recreated my account too many times they said. Still can login and get matches but my messages incoming and outgoing are frozen. I’m scared to make a new account and get formally banned. How can I fix this. Bumble support gaslights you and never responds.
