CPA Redirector won't do what the OP is trying to accomplish. The referrer isn't what matters in his case - it's the people looking at his final page that can see his affiliate ID and report him to his network.

Honestly I'm not sure, however that's not the only way to tell where traffic is heading. Simply using something like Tamper Data or WireShark, you can see where all data on a page is being transmitted. Basically, there's no hiding it. Cloaking will probably be the best you can do if the network...

Curl is obviously a bad idea, because it's server side. All of the clicks/impressions would come from the server's IP, which means no conversions and a suspicious traffic flag for you. If a network has the affiliate ID actually in the URL of the end result page, you can't do anything about it...

It's kind of obvious that Google is going to react to BH SEO (a complete exploit of their system). If you don't know this and aren't able to adapt and be prepared for it, you shouldn't be in the game. It's fairly simple. No use in complaining about it.
