One reason why the bot sometimes doesn't upload all the images in the folder is because some of them are *.png files, so for example if 7 of 300 are png then it uploads only 293.

I was not even aggressiv with posting or following or reblogging. Did they track my IP adress? Do I need VPN? What...

I don't understand where to embed this script. When I'm logged in, the adress is tumblr com / dashboard or settings or whatever. is there a path where i can upload my own custom scripts? Or should I upload it as a photo? And how do i know the adress then?

So what do you think gets you banned? Is it to much activity, the bot activity, that it comes from the same IP adress or the links and redirects? Also do they ban all your sites at the same time or is there a pattern?

I think some people couldn't lock in with the bot. I had the same issue and realized it was the password. Apperently the program cannot read all the letters. So when you have a different alphabet or maybe your keyboard has a different layout try changing it to english letters and numbers.

Sources like WeHeartIt.com might have Copyright material in there stock. But it seems you don't have problems with claims or bans. Isn't there always this lingering danger?
