I second Topher's comment. There's no good reason I can think of to create the pdf file initially and store it in the database. You're going to have even more trouble trying to update it. If you store the relevant information in the database, then you can update it as needed with a web form...

It's technically possible, however the MPAA is a PITA to people downloading them, , just think of the fun you'll have when they see you profiting off of pirated movies. Would depend on the image. Some may be royalty free, but in general assume it's copyrighted and that they could DMCA/etc you for using it.
