Yes I did monetize my channel and I don't have voice and I don't appear in the videos. It's a channel with how-to videos.

Used the same method to get more than 240k minutes watch time. I've posted a 3hrs "Rain Sounds for Sleep" video. Used Google Ads to promote it and spent only 30$. Works! :)
