The tool looks good on the outside, but it's inaccurate as regards local results. I've checked a couple of keywords for Scandinavian countries and it returned wrong SERPs. Anyways, thanks for share, it's still useful to assess competition in general.

I've tried several of them, including Spinnerchief, S-Chimp, TBS, and Multispinner and my choice is Spinnerchief. It's very good as a free version; it's integrated into UD and there's a Spanish thesaurus, but it's charged (though not so much) if I'm not mistaken.

Both softwares are just the way to automate your submission and both are quite good. It's more about the content that you paste into them. I've used mainly original articles which are manually spun for the 1st tier and I've seen some good results (1-2 positions up for competitive keywords).
