I have formed a LLC in USA from India and trying to open a PayPal account but they are asking for W9 from me to allow me to open the account with EIN number. Do I need W9 or should I get any other form? What should I do please someone advise. Thank you.

PayPal is asking for form W9 from me. How do I get one? Or I just download and fill the form myself with physical signature?

I thought we can open account with only EIN by contacting PayPal customer support.

How to open a stripe account for USA LLC without SSN? It’s asking for SSN even though I provided EIN etc. How to go around it? Or do I select my country in member information and provide my country’s official ID details?

So does anybody else have any experiences with forming LLC in US from outside using Stripe Atlas or any other provider and opening bank accounts etc? I’m in the same boat but not sure if opening LLC would be worth it.

But will they still allow me to operate Stripe account on same name but with this US based company even though my main account was banned? That’s my problem, looking to find somebody who might have been in the same situation.

Yes, I understand that but if my business is legit now, that would not be a problem? Or they will still hold it against me for the last time? That’s my concern.
