While proxies would work accounts get flagged like crazy (for next to nothing). It forces your hand, you have to take your time and stay on the straight and narrow. Buying aged accounts would be your best bet. My advice: Just learn how to run ads. It's less work and safer.

Freelance writing is free to start, so long as you have good english skills. The work will come slow and cheap at first but it isnt hard to build up. Id say go to sites like Elance and upwork. Even if you cant speak english well you can outsource the work. Less profit but hey, what can you do...

If you are talking about seo then no, i use classifieds and have tried running a few ads to landing pages. Still working on getting it nailed down.
