As a user with four tumblr accounts (193k, 40k, 38k, 18k), my suggestion is just to reblog within your niche. Eventually your following will start building up. Queue 50 posts and set it to post in the span of 2 hours. Do that a couple of times a day. If you're looking for new blogs to follow...
